MultiGoals (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information. This policy applies to the website and iOS/Android applications provided by the Service.

2. Sign-In via External Services

The Service provides sign-in functionality through the following external services:

Sign in with Apple: We obtain the email address (or relay email address selected by the user) and name associated with your Apple ID.
Sign in with Google: We obtain the email address and name associated with your Google account.

Information obtained from these external services is used solely for account creation and authentication purposes. Please refer to each service provider for their respective privacy policies.

3. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

Account authentication and service provision
Recording, displaying, and managing goal and task progress data
Service improvement and new feature development
Responding to inquiries
Sending important notifications (service changes, maintenance information, etc.)

4. Subscription and Payment Information

The Service uses Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Store billing for paid plan payments. All payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and is not directly obtained or stored by the Service. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your device settings or the App Store / Google Play.

5. Information Security

The Service takes appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected personal information. Passwords are stored encrypted, and communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS. On iOS, authentication credentials are securely stored in the Keychain.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Service will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

When the user has given consent
When disclosure is required by law
When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property

7. Use of Cookies

The Service's website uses cookies to maintain login status and analyze service usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

The Service uses Google Analytics for service improvement. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data, but this data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

9. Data Retention Period

Goal and task data is retained while the account is active. Upon account deletion, personal information and data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

10. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. Account deletion can be requested from the app settings or the website. Deleting your account will remove all personal information including email address and goal/task data. If you are on a paid plan, please cancel your subscription through the App Store / Google Play before deleting your account.

11. User Rights

Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information. Please contact us by email (support@multi-goals.com) if you wish to exercise these rights.

12. Children''s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 is using the Service, we will promptly delete the relevant account and personal information.

13. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Service may change this policy as necessary. Users will be notified through the Service when significant changes are made.
