Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or from the website settings page. All personal data including your email, goals, and tasks will be permanently deleted.

How is my data managed?

Your data is securely stored on our servers and encrypted in transit. Goal and task data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data will be removed within a reasonable period. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play settings on your device. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.
